Come enjoy a night, weekend or even a couple weeks where you can relax away from the noisy in town and interstate traffic. We are conveniently located just north of Waco, Texas on Gholson Rd (FM933) between Waco and Whitney. Located only 1 mile from Homestead Heritage.
We are only about a 15 minute drive to Magnolia, Baylor University Campus, The Texas Ranger Museum, Dr. Pepper Museum, Cameron Park Zoo and a lot more. We’re also only a few minutes away from Homestead Heritage.
The Space:
Please pay attention to the listing title: Tiny RV! This RV is only 14' long, so the actual livable space is about 84 square feet. This listing is intended for the customer who is looking for a great deal (under $100 usually) and a simple place to sleep and get ready for the next day. There is no TV in this unit, so bring your computer or iPad and use our high-speed internet. There is a shower and sink and a small siting area, but this is not an RV designed to spend the day in for sure! It does have all necessities, such as ac/heat and hot water. There is a stove and oven, but we would ask that cooking be kept to a minimum due to the size of the RV. There is a microwave, however, it is not allowed to be used. Thank you!
This Tiny RV will sleep 1 adult comfortably and up to one additional person for a cozy stay! Children older than 2 are allowed to be the second person.
Located in Post oak Rv Park and Cabins. Joshua's Tree Tiny RV is a 2019, 14' long Travel Trailer with no slide outs located within Post Oak RV Park and Cabins. The RV is very small and cozy and considered perfect for a guest looking for a really good deal for the night. There is a small sitting area for 2, a coffee maker, hair dryer and minimal kitchen items. Stove and oven are able to be used but the microwave is not to be used.
A reminder that we are a smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on any of the premises. Any evidence of smoke in the cabins or RV’s will result in automatic extra cleaning fees, as stated in the house manual.

Access to your room and walking trails (when open). Free WiFi access. Iron and blow dryer are available upon request. Address is provided under Location, but using Google or Apple Maps is best.
The Neighborhood:
Located right off FM 933 (Gholson Rd) and is easy to locate from Waco. Homestead Heritage is less than a mile away!
Getting Around:
Located within 15 Minutes of Magnolia, Lake Waco, The Texas Ranger Museum, Baylor University, The Dr. Pepper Museum, Cameron Park Zoo and Baylor's McClane Stadium is within 10 minutes.
