Our "Jolly Lake House" is a large gorgeous home sitting on a slightly elevated sight directly across from the lake at Lake Tarawera. The home is situated for all day sun and sweeping panoramic views of the lake and mountains from the front and gorgeous farmland and native bush from the back yard. This spacious attractive and beautifully maintained property offers the ideal escape. The home features four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms including ensuite, easy open living areas downstairs with superb outdoor flow to outdoor living and dining spaces. Upstairs a second lounge enjoys stunning views over Lake Tarawera and opens to a balcony which can also be accessed off the master bedroom. The gardens and landscaping are delightful and surrounding native bush on two sides provides wonderful privacy and atmosphere. The single garage has been converted to a games room with ping pong table and Fooseball table. There is a long private driveway that provides ample parking for several cars and a boat. We are the Jolly’s and this has been our family holiday home, it is furnished with style and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Note: Deposit required 50% of rental andamp; non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival, payment in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Bond required $500 refunded at the end of your stay. Cleaning is $75. Minimum stay 2 nights, during Christmas andamp; NY we require a 7 nt min. (Negotiable based on gap nights).
