Privacy and lots of space surround the cabin. Original log entryway and mud room with lots of room for winter or summer gear.
Amenities include for the guests - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 different bar soaps and lotion. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheet, dish washing soaps, garbage bags, Ziplok bags, etc. are all included.
5 minutes to Nordic Valley, 15 minutes to Powder Mountain, and 20 minutes to Snowbasin. Weber County North Fork Park an International Dark Sky Park, 3 minutes and Ogden Nordic Center at Weber County North Fork Park, 3 minutes.
We like to make sure that all guests are aware that this cabin retains much of its historic and original structure. Although remodeled and beautiful, the cabin has its own unique ecosystem. The owners have aggressive and regular treatments for bugs, etc. However, different times of year some sign of bugs is evident. Currently, there is an area above the kitchen sink where some very small dead beetles drop from the raw logs of the ceiling. Most guests don't mind just vacuuming them up in the morning. We want guests to be aware before booking that this may be a possibility. Otherwise, this is a unique and beautiful cabin and fun place to stay!
