THE PROPERTY: With its picture-perfect front porch, this property is walkable to all the excitement of Duval Street. It is conveniently located close to many attractions including the Lighthouse and the Southernmost Point, as well as shops, galleries, and restaurants. The suites that comprise the Truman Suites collection can be booked individually or together for larger groups. This sunny studio is tucked down a lane between Truman and Whitehead Streets and features top-of-the-line amenities. Built in 2019, you will enjoy this luxurious property with hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light and stylish furnishings. A large screen TV, dresser, seating for two and a modern kitchenette are included in this space. For quick meal prep, the kitchenette is equipped with white cabinets, granite counters, stainless-steel sink and refrigerator, and two-burner glass cook-top. Located in the rear of the studio, the beautiful bath includes a granite vanity, large mirror, walk-in, tiled shower with glass door and splashes of colorful art to give you a true Key West feel. Due to limited space, there is no washer and dryer in this suite but why wash clothes when you can enjoy the excitement of Duval Street. Once back at home, take a dip in the shared pool with lounge chairs. This studio is the perfect size for one or two and more importantly in a fantastic location for your Key West vacation.
BED CONFIGURATION: The studio includes a dreamy king bed, two nightstands, and a ceiling fan.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy the shared 14’ x 10’ pool and calming water feature. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Lounge chairs and towels are provided. The covered front porch is ideal for sipping morning coffee.
PARKING:There is no designated parking; street parking may be necessary.
LOCATION: Located in Old Town between Duval and Whitehead Streets. Enjoy the many tourist attractions located close by as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. You’re close to everything Key West and Duval Street, and you’re just around the corner from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. The US 1 Mile marker 0 is less than a 10-minute walk (3-minute bike ride) from your home. The neighborhood boasts historic architecture including, shotgun style and conch style homes. You’re right where you need to be!
