With 180degrees ocean views through the Johanna valley to world famous Johanna Beach, this luxurious brand new home, features a designer open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with the latest stainless steal appliances. The house consists of two separate living areas with huge open plan kitchen / dining/ living area and separate living area both with TVs. There's also an indoor wood fire place, creating the most beautiful ambiance whilst you look out to breathtaking ocean and valley views. The house has air conditioning and heating on both sides of the house that way each guest will be comfortable be it in summer or winter. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, each with breathtaking views. The master has a queen bed with a designer ensuite and walk in robe. There's also an other two large bedrooms with a seriously comfy queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The 4th room has a set of bunks perfect for the little ones. There's also an other large bathroom with a bath as well as a separate laundry room. The property has been designed with the ability to section off part of the house should the whole property not be needed that way it's an intimate stay be it for a couple, large group or family or two separate families. When the house is sectioned off guests enjoy everything bar the other side of the house where all the other room ares. Therefore they have access to the master bedroom with all it's luxurious amenities, laundry, the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge as well as the second living area and of course the whole property with the stunning deck and views. With a 28 meter long deck at the front of the property, you'll be able to sit on one of the benches and take in uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean and valley, it's seriously breathtaking. To bring nature to our guests we've also installed an outdoor shower, where you can hide away from guests but be one with the nature. The experience is unforgettable!
