Positive: Contact was so easy and Joe was so helpful. The room was amazing, the bathroom was perfect, and the bed was so comfy and all bed linen and towels supplied. Items like hairdryer, iron etc available free of charge. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare food if you wanted. The place was immaculate with plenty of spare plug sockets in the room aswell. Infact it is so amazing it's no wonder getting rooms there is difficult. Can't wait for next visit!
