4 Bedroom House in Drasco

Three-story 4 bedroom/3 bath 2500 sq ft cabin with: * 1 queen bed/1 bath on 3rd floor with view of Greers Ferry Lake from covered deck; * 2 full beds/1 bath, open kitchen / dining / living area with 4 sofas and game table with large open deck area on 2nd floor; and * 3 queen beds / 1 bath with half kitchen, game room (with pool table / ping pong), sofa and TV area, and 3 twin beds (of the bunk / trundle variety) on 1st floor. Side yard has a firepit / grill area for an open fire (perfect for roasting marshmallows or grilling a few burgers) as well as a high quality standup charcoal grill. PLEASE exercise caution by extinguishing fire when done AND ensure fire safety rules are observed. We are right between the #4 and #5 fairways on Tannenbaum Golf Course (more info on this 18-hole golf course below), and minutes away from Dam Site Marina and Heber Springs Marina. The Fish Hatchery, JFK Dedication Park, and the Greers Ferry Dam (which has swimming and cliff diving areas nearby) are only a 30 minute drive away. Closest town is Heber Springs where you can do all your shopping. The house is located in Cleburne County, which is a dry county. Just to be clear, this property is within a mile of a boat launch on Greers Ferry lake but it is not a lakefront property...and there is currently no internet service (Wi-Fi) available. There is good cell phone service in the area, so my family and I use a "hotspot" on our phone if we need to get on the internet with a laptop. Tannenbaum Golf Course -Noted as one of Arkansas' Best Kept Secrets in Golf Courses -Golf Digest Rated Top 5 "Best Places To Play In Arknasas" -Golf Digest Rated 4.5 Stars -Arkansas Business 360 Top 5 Courses In Arkansas Carved out of the Ozark Mountains surrounding the crystal-clear waters of Greers Ferry Lake, Tannenbaum is actually a peninsula surrounded by water. Every hole is tree-lined and elevation from tee to green changes drastically, especially #12, where the drop is 130 feet straight downhill to a semi-island green carved from the mountainside. The John Floyd-designed course offers five sets of tees and one of the most challenging layouts in the state; it was rated by Golf Digest as one of the best places to play in 2005-2006. Tannenbaum also offers a 10-acre proactive facility with driving range, putting and chipping green and practice bunker. Its convenient location puts Tannenbaum close to recreation on Greers Ferry Lake, world-record trout fishing on the Little Red River, arts & crafts, shopping, and other nearby Natural State Golf Trail courses. OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST: A park with a large covered pavilion and grilling stations is available (with a deposit and small fee) for my guests through my property owners' association for reunions or other events you might want to have during your stay. Also, if you have a larger group than my cabin alone can handle, I have a neighbor with a property within walking distance of mine who has worked with me in the past to handle up to 10-12 additional people at a reasonable rate.
