There are not many lower level 2-bedroom 1-bath condos with such an outstanding view at Jacobs Landing. Centrally located in Birch Bay you are close to all that our wonderful resort community has to offer. This condo is very nicely decorated and provides all you need for a comfortable and pleasurable stay at the Beach. The patio a great view of our famous sunsets. Inside you have a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and much more. One room has a king size bed, the second room two twin beds and a sofa sleeper which is more comfortable for small children. You will have use of the clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis. This property is pet friendly for additional pet fee of $100 per pet. (2 max) The Condo provides complimentary Wi-Fi.

Summary: Overall nice stay. They provided everything. Towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. So nice to not have to buy a bunch of stuff. Nice view. Comfy king bed. Updated washer and dryer. Would be nice to have had a new shower head and another couch. Living room only had one small couch so not super comfortable to all hang out together. Overall very nice stay with family.
