Classic Bay Head home just a short walk to Johnson Street, Bay Head Yacht Club and town. Brand new chef's kitchen and luxurious bathrooms, recently renovated down to the studs! Large wrap around porch, white picket fence, outside shower, fireplace in Grand living room... Beamed ceiling in large dining room... updated baths and kitchen five bedrooms / three baths and central air-conditioning! Add'l third floor finished attic with two additional bedrooms, each complete with two twin beds, couches, and flat screen TVs. Backyard features a brand new cabana house with large cedar pergola, wine fridge, and generous living space for entertaining. More pictures and details upon request. Minimum rental period of one week (Saturday - Saturday); min three nights in "off-season". Pricing subject to change depending on group size and composition. Sorry, no prom groups.

Summary: We enjoyed two weeks with a mix of family and friends coming and going, and had a small wedding / garden party on the middle weekend. This house is very well appointed, yet feels like a traditional Bay Head home, with much of the original woodwork beautifully restored. Gardens are full of flowers, and the backyard provides a quiet oasis from rte.35. Half a dozen bikes provided were key -- almost no need for the car, except for provisioning. Rick Latella is super responsive, and clearly has a lot of pride in this place.
