The Laughing Dolphin Villas are impeccably decorated and a block to the pristine beach. Villa 3 ~ This Sunrise Suite is gorgeous, with a balcony positioned towards the sunrise and breezes from the ocean. This second floor unit has a private entrance, is decorated with beautiful furniture and decor for a dreamy vacation by the Atlantic Ocean. Villa 3 includes a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony, complimentary laundry room access and 1 parking space.
Villa 3 is part of a 3 Villa Complex. There is a common area with picnic tables and beach towels are provided for the beach. The Villa is 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals and is a 2 mile beach walk to The Cocoa Beach Pier. Multiple attractions are close - 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 25 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, 1 hour from Disney World and countless Orlando attractions.

This is a remolded 1960's beach villa. It has wooden floors and walls. Please be conscientious of the guest below you.

-Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING of anything on property. Smoking Pot is illegal in the state of Florida.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
-No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules
***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
