Positive: During our stay (me, mom and 9-month-old son) there were many couples in the hotel, including with children. I was worried that the hotel would be noisy and for people "for the night", but this is not the case. The advantages are the excellent location, the presence of an elevator (although the first time its size will shock you). Next time I come, I plan to stay in this hotel too.
Negative: Cons - if the windows overlook the street, then it is as if you are sitting next to people in a bar and near the roadway (we lived on the 5th floor). Poor soundproofing of the windows.
