New RV with fantastic views to Matagorda Bay. This RV provides all the comforts of home while you are able to come visit and explore the Magnolia Beach Area.
Spacious living area, comfortable kitchen, pass through bathroom and private bedroom.
My wife and I live on site, give us a head up 30 minutes before arriving and we will meet you in front of the RV to provide you with keys. You require guests to send us a picture of ID directly to us before releasing keys.
We give our guest their space but are nearby if they need assistance
Magnolia Beach is a cool rural community that enjoys access to Matagorda Bay. Our RV is only 100 Ft. from shore. Access to the public beach is about 1/4 of a mile from our location. Our area is for nature lovers and guests seeking to getaway of the busy life. Come to fish, swim, walk on the beach, enjoy watching the wild life or spending quality time with your loved ones. Do not miss the sunrise, it's spectacular!
Must have a car to get around.
Most restaurants are 20 -30 minutes away. Our water source is a well, we recommend our guests to bring bottled water to cook and drink. Bring water shoes to walk on the beach, the sand is tiny shells.
MUST BE 23 YEARS OR OLDER to be able to book the property. Host will require a copy of a valid ID of the person doing the booking reservation.
Having more guests than what the reservation was made for is a violation to the Reservation Agreement and House Rules, charges of $75/per additional person per night will be assessed or immediate termination of your stay and there will be NO refund.
The only guests allowed on the property at any given time is the number of guests registred on the reservation.
USE OF THE OWNER'S PERSONAL PIER: The owner's of the home live next door and have a personal pier that they are giving access to their guests renting any of their 7 rentals on this location. Owner has the right to deny access to guests that do not follow the following common sense guidelines to use their personal pier.
1) Only guests registered on the reservation can have access to the Owner's Personal Pier. Friends/Family of the guests who are not part of the group registered to stay at the vacation home may NOT have access/use of the Owner's Personal Pier.
2) Keep the gate of the pier locked at all times. A key is provided to each rental. If the key is lost, guest will have a $50.00 key replacement charge.
3) This is a shared pier, be considerate of the space of other guests fishing at the pier. Occupying all of the rod holders by one guest is not acceptable.
4) Dispose of any left over bait in the bay
5) Remove from the water before leaving the pier any bait buckets, fish on strings or crab traps.
6) Clean your area before leaving the pier and take any trash you created with you.
No Smoking in the RV or near doors. If cleaning crew detects smoke smell inside of the house or burnt marks on personal property, host will seek a $500 cleaning fee plus any additional cost to replace the damaged property through Airbnb resolution center.
Any acts of violence, loud arguments or fighting will result in the immediate termination of your stay and there will be no refund. The same is true if the police are called to the house.
Smoking Marijuana on the property grounds will result in immediate termination of guests stay without refund.
The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner's control, including but not limited to: power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner's control, owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest's responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guests will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest.
Do not dispose fish carcasses at the grounds dumpster. Clean fish by the bay and feed the fish in the water with the carcasses.
NO parking in front of grounds dumpster. Grounds dumpster is black with orange letters between the House and the 6 spot RV park on the side.
No pet are allowed. Host will ask guest to remove pet from property for the duration of their stay. Pet penalty of $250.00 will be assessed be paid immediately to Host and/or guest may be asked to leave the property without refund.
Check-In is on or after 4:00 PM
Check-Out is on or before 11:00 AM. Time beyond 11:00 AM can only be arranged the night before check out and if approved it will be at a charge of $30/hr paid upon approval. As check out process, guest will leave dishes clean, remove all food from refrigerator/freezer, all trash taken to the grounds dumpster, lock the house and message host once everyone have left the property.
Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 9 AM. Except Holidays--The whole community will be up and celebrating!
