4 Bedroom Condo in North Troy

Beautiful four bedroom, four bath, spacious, ski-in ski-out condominium on Grammy Jay Trail slopeside at Jay Peak Ski Resort. The main level has two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and separate bath, the other bedroom has two twin beds with full bath. There is a large open living room with gas fireplace,TV/DVD/VCR/stereo and queen sleeper sofa and dining area seating ten people. The upper level has a full kitchen with all appliances, and washer/dryer. There is an outdoor ski locker and entry foyer for all your ski boots and gear. The lower level has a bunkroom with two sets of bunkbeds , another bedroom with full over full size bunk bed with trundle pull out bed, two full baths and a large living room with TV/DVD/VCR and pull-out queen sleeper.There is another washer/dryer on this level. There is also another full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and sink which is perfect for keeping the teenage set happy. The condo is a lock-out, so is rentable as a four bedroom or two separate two bedroom units depending on need. There are beds for a total of fourteen people using both units and the pullout couches. There is also a futon and "Love Sac" in the lower unit. Jay Peak provides some of the best skiing and riding in the East with trails for all levels of skier and an extensive glade system. There is a new cross-country ski center at the resort and loads of terrain for snowshoeing or hiking. This is a family-friendly mountain where it is easy to stop back at the condo for lunch or warming the kids' cheeks. The Hotel Jay and Tram House Hotel at the bottom of the slopes sponsor many activities and apres-ski events.There is a full-service spa and workout facility in the new hotels. Check out the new indoor water park with surfing, slides, hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, big screen TV's, bar and lazy river. In the summer check out the championship golf course.
