Sedona Roca Vista, a Tuscan-style villa, exudes luxury at every turn. This stunning 5,868 square foot property was built in 2010 and sits perched on a hillside in Uptown Sedona, where it provides spectacular panoramic red rock views from nearly every room. You will also be amazed with the views from the pool/spa area and from the 2,500+ square feet of flagstone decks and patios for a true Sedona vibe. While the home is near shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and more, its location on a quiet street with no through-traffic will provide you with peace and serenity.
Three levels of luxury grace this home, which contains four large bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bath — all to accommodate up to twelve guests.
You enter the house via a massive wrought iron and glass front door on the upper level. You then step into a large circular entryway with a soaring 20-foot ceiling, chandelier, and custom-made coat rack and shoe cubby. Down a grand flight of stairs, you'll be greeted by the main living area with high ceilings and an airy and open ambiance. This expansive space holds the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, billiards room and the grand master suite — all offering those same amazing views. Down another wide staircase will bring you to the lower level, which features the family room, game room, wet bar, three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Living Room: The spacious living room offers luxurious furnishings, a large gas fireplace, and a multitude of windows letting you enjoy natural light and the views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Viking six-burner gas range, double ovens and a wine fridge. You'll find stunning cabinetry and plenty of counter space with seating for four at the large center island.
Dining Room: The dining room is surrounded by windows and offers a wonderful dining experience with seating for 10-12 guests. There is also access to the upper deck with outdoor dining, seating for 12 and more views.
Billiards Room: Just off the main living area (with additional access from the grand master suite), this room features a pool table, gas fireplace, 43” Smart TV and deck access.
Family Room/Wet Bar/Game Room: The family room is a large entertainment space that features an 85” Smart TV, lots of comfortable seating, more amazing views, and direct access to the expansive patio and pool/spa area. Adjacent to the family room is a wet bar that features a full-size refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, and bar seating for three. There's also a separate game room with a combination air hockey/ping pong table and an electronic dartboard.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite (main level) -- King size bed, 55” Smart TV, hardwood floors, and an enormous walk-in closet. The private bathroom features dual vanities, a make-up area, large soaking tub, and a separate shower.
Master Bedroom 2 (lower level) -- King size bed, 55” Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a stone counter vanity and a tile/glass shower.
Bedroom 3 (lower level) -- Two queen beds, 65” Smart TV, and access to two shared full bathrooms, both of which have tile/glass showers. You can also access the lower patio and pool/spa area directly from this bedroom.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) -- Queen bed, twin day bed with twin trundle, 55” Smart TV, a fabulous view, and access to the two shared full bathrooms on the lower level.
(Note: There is also direct access to the pool/spa area from one of the bathrooms on the lower level.)
There is also a half bathroom on the main level.
Outdoor Spaces:
You will be amazed with the outdoor space -- 2,500+ square feet of covered flagstone decks and patios, including a heated salt-water pool and spillover spa. On the lower level, you'll find the pool and spa, numerous seating areas, a fire pit, and a gated and covered side patio with cornhole and other games. Upstairs on the main level deck, there is outdoor dining for 12, together with a large BBQ to grill up your favorites. There's also lots more seating, including two rocking chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views any time of day.
(Note: Pool season runs from April 1st – September 30th. The homeowner has provided complimentary pool heating during these months. During pool season, the pool will be heated on a continual basis. If you wish to use the spa, press Button 1 inside the spa to turn on the spa heat. To switch back to heating the pool, press Button 1 again to turn off spa. Pool heat should kick back on)
