This spacious and comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 (maximum of 6 adults) and has all rooms set on one level. It is perfect for summer and winter lets.It is within walking distance of local restaurants, tennis courts, bars a supermarket and other small grocery shops. It is approximately 10 mins drive to Javea Alrenal beach with the smaller beaches of Granadella, La Baracca and Ambolo about 5 mins drive away. There are 2 golf courses within a 10-15 mins drive. The villa is suitable for both summer and winter lets. Its private pool, a secluded sun roof, barbecue and patio areas around the villa make for perfect outdoor summer living. There is central heating and an open fire place for cosy winter evenings.
The villa is available for long winter lets from November to March at a discounted price. Please contact me for a price.

Summary: Very comfortable and wide house. The outside terrace and the pool are magnific. Near arenal beach and a lot of fantastic “calas”. The weather fantastic too, it isn’t neccesary air conditioning. Very recommendable house. Thank you Sue and Robin!
