Located in the beautiful Montgo National Park area this is a lovely traditional style villa finished to a very high standard with beautiful gardens.
Located near to the town of Javea the villa is within walking distance of at least 4 excellent restaurants and a short drive away from Javea including the old town, The Old Port and the Arenal beach. The region has much to offer and this villa is well located to explore the Costa Blanca or to just stay local and enjoy!
Facing south with the sun from early morning until late evening this villa is set in large private, secure, secluded and well maintained gardens. The villa is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac and entered through secure electric gates. The gravel drive area has plenty of room for a number of cars.
The villa is set across 2 levels surrounded by terraces and gardens on all sides with many private and interesting seating areas.
Inside accommodation offers a full home from home experience and comprises of a fully equipped modern kitchen, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large American style fridge with ice maker, nespresso coffee maker and microwave.
5 large double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize with large ensuite, garden/pool views, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - Kingsize with ensuite, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - Kingsize, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4 Kingsize with ensuite, garden views, freestanding wardrobe. Bedroom 5 - 2 x single beds. Main bathroom with bath and shower. All ensuite bathrooms have showers.
All rooms have air conditioning and outside electric canopies around all sides of the living, dining and 'nyah' area for comfort and shade.
The living room has plenty of seating. 2 large sofas and 2 modern 'stressless' chairs. Samsung Smart TV with UK TV (BBC etc) Netflix and other TV apps, DVD player with a large selection of family DVD's and Xbox. There is a wide choice of reading books. Large dining area with table. Living area leads to the covered 'nyah' with more outside seating and dining with views across the garden and pool.
The heated pool is a central feature in the gardens and is very visible from the terraces - great for keeping an eye on swimmers. The kidney shaped pool measures 10x5 metres with Roman steps to a shallow end. Outside their is a hot and cold shower and toilets. There are ample sunbeds, pool umbrellas and two terraces with gazebos with fabric 'pulley' shades.
A separate terrace houses an outdoor kitchen with crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, Weber gas barbecue, traditional charcoal barbecue, dishwasher, sink and cooking utensils. This terrace has a separate dining area and seats at least 10 people for outside entertaining/dining.
The Garden area behind the villa is adjacent to a small lemon grove. There is a stone style table and seating area and gravel area suitable for Boules and other games. At night the villa gardens are lit.
