Positive: Amazing location, on far end of Jambiani Beach. Literally on the beach (front yard is sand), 4 good restaurants within 1 minute walk. Terrace upstairs is bliss, relaxing with ocean breeze, walking straight into the ocean to cool off. Full kitchen with big fridge. Upstairs bedrooms have A/C.
Negative: Staying here is an East African experience, so keep that in mind. Independent run villa so issues may not be fixed quickly. Power outages (which happen frequently in Jambiani), with no generator. Make sure enough credit loaded onto the power meter. Needed to rewash plates, cups, cooking items before using for first time. Downstairs bedrooms no A/C.
