Positive: The aesthetics. The quick response to broken hot water service. The coffee machine and pods The upstairs lounge was cosy.
Negative: The amount of spiders present. The floors appeared not vacuumed in areas like under couches behind doors and furniture. There were some small items of rubbish/toys in some areas as though the area hadn't been cleaned or looked over well enough. More dish tabs or soap would have been nice. I wish the main bedroom downstairs with the ensuite was a king size bed.
