COVID-19 Notice: For the 2020 rental season, regardless of what is stated in the descriptions, renters will be responsible to supply all linens, towels, pillows and blankets.This 1460 square foot, 3 bedroom cottage is located in the Village of Tobermory on the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay and is just a short five minute walk to the Tobermory Harbour. The interior is decorated with cottage charm and boasts lots of windows allowing you to take in the stunning view of Georgian Bay and giving the cottage a comfortable and spacious feel. A nice sand beach at Dunks Bay is located 2.5 km from the cottage. Also Singing Sands Beach is 10 km away. The cottage is only two blocks from the Village of Tobermory,which curves around Little Tub Harbour. You can take in all of its little shops, pubs, restaurants and ice cream and coffee shops. Take boat cruises to the islands or over shipwrecks. BEDROOMS 3 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the second floor and 2 on the main floor 1 Queens, 2 Singles, Single Trundle BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: Tub, Shower, Toilet and Sink Bathroom 2: Walk in Shower, Toilet and Sink There is a bathroom on each floor KITCHEN Refrigerator/Freezer Microwave Stove Coffee Maker 2nd Fridge/Freezer Toaster Kettle Dishes Pots/Pans Cutlery AMENITIES Television Satellite DVD Player Ceiling Fans Wood Fireplace ( Available Sept 15-May 1) Clothes Washer & Dryer Propane BBQ Fire Pit Patio Furniture: 4 loungers, 4 Muskoka chairs SHORELINE Mixture of flat rock and rubble; there is a gradual entry shelf but drops off and becomes very deep. Children should not be left unattended. Swim shoes are reccommended. CHILD SAFETY ISSUES The railings on the master bedroom deck are low and have widespaces. Children should not be left unattended. Shoreline does drop off quickly, children should not be left unattended. PRIVACY RATING Three stars out of Five DOCKING FACILITIES The nearest boat docking facilities are located in Tobermory WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pets are not permitted. Pictured watercraft not for renters use Wood Fireplace is available Sept 15-May 1 only Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
