You need a boat; (car parking spot included) 5 to 10-min boatride from marinas to cottage with 240' frontage and good swimming off dock and with western exposure for beautiful sunsets! Comfortable 3-bedroom (sleeps 6) cottage with kitchen/eating area, large living room and 3-pc bathroom. Deck with BBQ and glass table/chairs. A dock with canoe and paddleboat provided. Firepit for campfires (wood provided) on the property and high efficiency wood-burning stove inside if cool in the evenings. Opening approximately May 18--$980/week. Rented Sat to Sat with some flexibility in May, June & September.
