Modern home with high ceilings and lots of open space. Large kitchen with a 4-seat table in a nook as well as an 8-seat dining room table big enough for the entire family–or two.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and two-sink vanity in the restroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds for the kids. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room.
Guests rave at the huge pool outside. The outdoor patio also has a gas grill and deckchairs for fun times out of the water.
DFW is a quick, 15- minute drive away. Stadiums for the Cowboys and Rangers are just 30 minutes away. And bordering Flower Mound, the suburb where the home is located, borders Grapevine Lake, a popular area for boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation. CAC Waterpark is also close by.
There is a long driveway where multiple vehicles can park.

Summary: My wife, 3 year old and 8 month old sons and myself spent 5 weeks at this property. The backyard is the highlight and crown jewel of the property. Great pool and lovely backyard with pool beds and umbrellas. Our family spent almost everyday in the pool and backyard and had really lovely family time with my wife's grandma, uncle and cousins who all live in the area. The house was small and cute but well appointed. Had everything you needed, however bathrooms could do with a little updating. The location was super residential and safe and convenient. It was a few minute drive to anything we needed as far as supplies or shopping goes. We did encounter a couple of small issues with the house during the course of our stay however the management team was very responsive and did help resolve all the issues quickly which we really appreciated. they were easy to communicate with and made the stay as smooth as possible. Overall it was a great stay and we have very fond memories of the place and would def love to stay there again.
