The house is a 5 minute walk to the waters edge where there's a great local pub, The Ship, which serves local ales and great food. There is also a coffee shop (The Quarter Deck) situated in the local boatyard on the foreshore, serving great coffees and lunchtime snacks. There are a variety scenic walks and cycle routes in the area, all of which can be accessed a couple of minutes from the house without the need of a car. The Itchenor to Bosham ferry is a lovely way to explore. West Wittering beach is a 5 minute drive away. The light open plan kitchen is light and spacious and has a conservatory overlooking the garden with a couple of comfy sofas. The sitting room has two spacious areas with a new wood burner that is the perfect place to snuggle up with a book or in front of the TV. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, two are en suite and there is a separate large family bathroom. There is parking for two cars at the property, with additional parking in the conservancy car park near the pub.
