Positive: Staff were very prompt and helpful when we needed help to troubleshoot hot water system even out of business hours. Large comfortable apartment in a quiet building.
Negative: €200 deposit was required for potential damages prior to getting keys. Location: a bit further out of the tourist areas than we thought but close to bus & train stops. Place needs some maintenance eg dishwasher and many power points did not work & hot water system failed which they helped us fix. Needs another lounge in lounge room, not much lounge space to relax.
