Beach House Details This contemporary Italian Villa offers three stories, 2300 sq ft with an 800 square foot roof deck with ocean views. 3 bedrooms + a 4th bedroom/loft and 4 bathrooms. The 16 foot ceiling, open floor plan, and pristine master suite give it the 4 star hotel feel. One bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to a sunny courtyard. The Master and 3rd Bedrooms are on the 3rd level. The 2nd level is all about family with a kitchen designed for entertaining, 16 foot soaring ceilings in this giant great room. The Loft is private and tucked away between level 2 and 3. It is a great TV room by day but easily transformed into a comfy 4th bedroom when the lights go out. Best of all the roof deck has been made into an outdoor great room. This sun soaked oasis, has a full stone outdoor kitchen, with built in barbecue, sink, frig, bar and gas fire pit. It also is equipped with a 40 inch super bright outdoor flat HDTV that is weather proof. Yes, TV outside! You can relax in the sun and watch the ocean or BBQ with friend while watching a game or a movie. The roof deck is furnished with new teak resort style lounge furniture. Perfect for sunbathing. This is how Southern Californians live! This is the ultimate beach Vacation Spot. This Italian Beach Villa is located in a great beach community with quiet walk streets, fun restaurants, beautiful beaches and historic Venice Canals. You can walk everywhere. Only one block to the beach. Swim, surf and pay beach volleyball only 100 yards away. Afterwards wash off in our outdoor shower in the private court yard at the Italian Villa, then walk to dinner and take a stroll on the board walk, its only 4 blocks away. There you will find bike rentals, surfing lessons, shopping Starbucks and great restaurants all open late. The fun never stops. 3 more blocks is the famous Venice Beach Board Walk. With funky people, live entertainment, and tons of great deals on anything you could ever want. A half a mile and you are at Abbott Kinney Street. This is where the locals eat and shop. This is the trendy area of Venice, with designer shops high and restaurants and wine bars. Its great in the day and at night when exotic food trucks arrive. A mile and a half and you arrive in downtown Santa Monica. This has everything you could want I challenge you to find me a better combination of vacation house and location anywhere in the world!
