5 Bedroom House in Mississippi Gulf Coast, Wiggins

Wonderful 4 bedroom(plus loft), 3 bath home on 40 acres in a country setting originally built in 1920 and renovated with all the modern amenities. Ideal for family gatherings, retreats, girl's get away and events. Home has large wrap around porch with rocking chairs, swings and tables & plenty of seating. There is a main house with two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, two full baths and loft with twin beds. Granite in kitchen and baths. Kitchen has large gas range, double ovens, warming drawer, ice machine, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler. Heart pine flooring and Italian tile throughout main house. Living area has stacked stone fireplace with gas logs. Connecting breezeway to cottage with full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bath. One queen bed and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, one of those bunks has full on bottom. Granite, tile and carpet throughout cottage. Home has full size washer and dryer. There is an outdoor fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating for watching the stars and roasting marshmallows. The home is situated on 18 acres of land with a six acre pond for catch and release fishing. Flat bottom aluminum boat, canoe and paddles provided for guests use in the pond. Close to canoeing on Black Creek and only 15 miles from Flint Creek Water Park and 10 miles for golfing at Pine Burr Country Club. For those that want a little more excitement, the Gulfport/Biloxi beaches and casinos and Hattiesburg MS are only 30 minutes away, and New Orleans is just 90 miles from the property. The main house and cottage are considered one property for rental. This is a great get away from the city to relax and enjoy a long weekend!
