🌴This updated ranch style home is overflowing with great vibes and fabulous decor! Step into your home away from home and dive into the pool to relax. This house will leave you wishing you had booked a longer stay!
💦Have a splash in the pool and float your troubles away! Pool depth ranges from 4-8 feet. There are 3 steps to enter pool in shallow end (depth of 4 feet). There is a sitting ledge in deep end (8 ft) to lounge. The majority of the pool is 6 ft or deeper. Please note, there No lifeguard on duty. 🚫
💦 When does the pool close? Never! (Yeah!) We keep it open all year. It is heated 🔥 and in cooler months we can keep it at your preferred temp for an additional charge.
💦PLEASE NOTE: The pool does not have separate fence and is directly accessed by walking out the backdoor. There is an alarm on the backdoor, but children should (must) be supervised at all times.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the modern amenities you will need: dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, numerous small appliances, dine-in seating for 8, pots and pans, cookie sheets, measuring cups, cutting boards, utensils, and dishes for the little ones, and so much more!
Off the kitchen you will find a stylish "reading nook" where you can catch up on your latest novel, lounge on the futon, as you Netflix and chill, or grab a game from the shelf and challenge a friend!
The kitchen is open to the living room, where you can relax on the extra large and super cozy sectional, equipped with charging ports to keep those electronics fully charged! Put on your favorite movie or watch "the game" on the 65" TV.
🛏 Ready for slumber? Pick your room! 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 9 + the futon in the reading nook = 1️⃣0️⃣!
Bedroom #1: 1 cozy Queen bed and 6 pillows.
Bedroom #2: The Bunk Room, Twin over full and Twin over Twin.
Bedroom #3: 1 delightful King bed and 5 pillows.
Reading Nook: 1 Twin size futon. There is a mattress topper you can add to the futon to cozy up your snooze a bit. Or you can rekindle those college days and sleep on it without the topper (or let the kids sleep there). :o)
Each bed is over flowing with various styles of pillows for you to pick what helps you slumber best!
🛁🚽 Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with plenty of fluffy towels. We stock it with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There are 2 toilet/sink areas, that share the tub/shower combo. Just one tub/shower.

📺 TVs: 65” in the living room. 43” in two bedrooms and a 24” in the little nook. All are equipped with DirectTV Stream and HBO Max. All are FireTVs- so you can login to your preferred streaming as well (be sure to logout upon checkout).
⭐️Extras: In the hall closet you will find a pack n’ play, highchair and a baby bathtub. As well as a full size ironing board and iron.
🌴Backyard: In addition to the Pool, there is plenty of yard space to play "corn hole" or let the furry family member run around, and a swing set for the kids to "dry off" before dinner. Speaking of dinner, in the mood to grill out? There is a 5 burner gas grill for all your grilling needs. The grill has a propane tank that can be exchanged, for a minimum fee at the local gas station, if it needs a refill.
There are generally 1-7 pool floats hanging around. Lot's of noodles and extra pool toys. We also stock the house with beach towels, so you can dry off when its time to go inside.

Park in the driveway. 4 cars will fit in the driveway.
No more than 3 cars parked in the street at any given time.
Cars parked in the street should park with the flow of traffic (they will ticket if you do not- you have been warned. *wink*).
