We do not rent to guests under 25. No exceptions. Our Home is one of nine on the property. From the front door to feet in the sand is a short, easy 2 minute walk. The Home is nearly 2100 square feet of spacious living. There are 3 floors, of which 2 are fully carpeted with bathrooms having tile or wood floors. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 1st floor includes the living room which has a sofa with a full size sleeper, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Master bath includes a walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms, with queen size beds, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd floor is a bonus room with a TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and a partial east/west view of the Gulf from the deck. During peak months of June and July, we only accept full week rentals.
