The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Parking is available for two vehicles. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. The tennis courts (with upgraded lighting), pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts were completely renovated in 2019. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. Watercrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. To register in advance please visit watercrest.parkingattendant.com and use provided passcode to register. Watercrest 1103 comes with two parking permits, one is a private covered reserved space. You may park in the reserved owner space or any other unreserved space in the lot. There is a limit of 2 permits per rental. No Trailer or Motor Home parking is available on property. Property bands will be on a ring on the backside of the entry door upon arrival. Please return the armbands upon departure. Lost/Stolen armbands result in a $25 charge.
