Stunning private estate, suitable for family staycations. Located close to the city but in beautiful isolation. You can walk and hike outside, on 140 private acres, swim in the indoor pool. Snowshoe, CrossCountry skiing. Lots of clean fresh air. We have increased our professional cleaning, particularly disinfecting bedding, and all surfaces between every guest booking. Don’t stay locked up in the city. Property owners live onsite but are completely separate. This home is not suited to groups looking for a loud weekend party venue. Situated in 140 acres of the areas most beautiful and relaxing scenery sits the Boutique Estate. It doesn't matter what time of year it is, you will feel your stress melt away as you enter into the Estate. This very private home has so much to offer during your stay, perfect to kick back and relax or take on the adventures on offer. The home is situated in the middle of the property over looking the expansive lawn and two gorgeous ponds. One with a dock for canoe and the other stocked with fish for the fisherman in your group. Kayaks, life jackets and paddle boats are included. Travel in winter and spend time ice skating on the ponds. Want to swim indoors? No problem with the heated indoor pool (9ft deep) and hot tub steps away on the south facing deck. The house has ample space for everyone in your party. Five bedrooms: One master ensuite with king size bed in upper level; One king guestroom in upper level; One family bedroom with queen bed and two twin beds (baby crib if needed) in upper level; One queen guestroom, with fireplace in lower level; One double guestroom in lower level. Large living room and dining room area with fireplace and access to patio area and hot tub. Generous sized kitchen with access to private south facing deck and outdoor BBQ. Kitchen includes, double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates and cutlery for everyone. The lower level offers a air hockey and foosball table for more entertainment. Ample parking space. Television, wifi and integrated music sound system are included in your stay. To keep you occupied the property includes a private tennis/basket ball court with rackets and balls provided, children's outdoor play park with zip line and trampoline. Outdoor fire pit and picnic table for evening S'mors making. The property owners live onsite and are happy to assist your group to settle in or provide you with complete uninterrupted privacy for your stay. Bring your mountain bikes or rent them locally and ride the trails of the property and beyond into Kananaskis country. Plenty of opportunity for hiking, cross country skiing or snow shoeing depending on the time of year. Located just 6km from the charming village of Bragg Creek that offers a supermarket, many breakfast and dinner eateries, post office, bike rentals, yoga, gas station and general store to name a few. Calgary is located just 25 minutes from the Boutique Estate with all of the conveniences of a large city and international airport. An hour drive from Nakiska ski hill, 35 minutes drive to Canada Olympic Park and 35 minutes drive to the world class Spruce Meadows event grounds. Wintergreen and Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Clubs are just 10 minutes away. Host to the CP Women's Golf Tour, Priddis Greens Golf and Country Club is only 25 minutes drive from the Estate.
