This lovely home offers luxurious comfort and ambiance. There are three separate outdoor areas to enjoy the fresh air, and the wonderful views and peaceful garden are very relaxing. Great neighbourhood and quiet safe location.
There are plenty of playgrounds and parks nearby. Across from MoNA the bistro restaurant offers good value family meals or the Boatshed restaurant on Cornelian Bay offers great food and service, amazing water views and playground for the kids.
We look forward to welcoming you to Isle of Views and are sure that you will feel at home.Our closest attraction is the famous Museum of Old and New Art - MoNA, Australia's largest privately funded art gallery. It is only 2 minutes away by car or 20-25 minute walk through the reserve. You could spend the whole day enjoying the gallery. Whilst at MoNA you can purchase Moorilla wines directly from their winery. Restaurants and cafes offer meals in an ambiance surrounded by amazing views. Music concerts and other festivals are sometimes held on the grounds. You can hire a bike at MoNA and ride the Intercity Cycleway which is very close to Isle of Views. The bus stop, supermarket, chemist, doctor and bakery are 10 minutes walk from the home. If you have a car, the Brooker Highway takes you directly into Hobart CBD and Salamanca in approximately 18 minutes.The house is not suitable for toddlers, due to glass furnishings, stairs and balcony.
