Summary: Pros-Walking distance to beach, comfortable beds, AC stopped working and was fixed same day, plenty of bathrooms, beach chair and bikes available Cons- House needs updating, Living room needs more comfortable seating for large parties, dresser in upstairs bedroom needs to be bolted to the wall (not safe for small children) HOA- Cons all around for HOA. Dogs allowed for home owners only, can not park jet skis, RVs ect.
