This beautiful new home in North Litchfield Beach is very close to the beach, bike path, grocery store and dining! The open air floor plan allows natural light throughout. The spacious kitchen features as a large granite island for prep and family gatherings. The raised beach house allows parking under the house and access to the back yard. Hear the ocean and smell the salt air breeze from the wonderful porches and decks located on both the front and back of the house. You can wash off using the heated outside shower too!
