Well appointed and perfect for one or two couples or a small family. Islay combines simplicity, affordability and style all within walking distance to town and beach. Featuring polished floor boards, two spacious bedrooms, family room/kitchen, modern bathroom with laundry facilities. Daikon split system heating/cooling and a private sun drenched deck with BBQ facilities over looking a lawn area with filtered ocean views, you may even forget leaving the house. Regretfully, despite my love for animals I am unable to allow pets to stay.I have regular guests who have allergies to animals. Please do not put their children at risk.
