Positive: The house was so pretty and decorated in a tasteful manor. The rooms were clean and well kept. The area was very quiet. It only took a short time to reach the main road from the house. I would stay here again in a heart beat! If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to unwind this is just the ticket. Our stay was peaceful, and the views from the sun room were wonderful. You could sit there and watch the fish jump in the canal all day! I would book this home again ten times over.
Negative: The only issue we had was trying to get the keys out of the lockbox. Had a hard time getting it to open. There were no instructions posted near, (which I understand due to the security factor for the homeowners). I was starting to panic at first, but then I called customer service about the issue. They were quick to try and resolve the problem. Since I had never stayed at a home that used the lock box before, I was unsure what to do after using my code. The box did not pop open after we put the code in. Would it be possible, that instructions for using the lock box, be sent to the renter the day before they are arriving? It might make it easier on us "older people" that are booking the home. This was the only issue we had when renting the home.
