Positive: Beautiful house, very clean, exceptionally stocked! Amazing pool and hot tub, in a very private setting overlooking the golf course with beautiful flowers everywhere! Bedrooms were large and comfortable, huge closets and lovely bathrooms! Very close to the Pickleball/Tennis facility an easy walk. Only minutes from Kailua-Kona and also some great snorkeling. The Marina at the end of the road offers snorkeling and manta tours! So an awesome location!
