Summary: This condo is walking distance to several top notch restaurants. The condo was cl an and for th most part in good condition. A couple of minor things would have made it perfect. There were no coffee filters. They left a Keurig pod on the counter but there was no Keurig machine. No salt and pepper shakers either. The biggest issue though was the bed in the master bedroom. The very tall headboard was not attached in any way to the bed frame. Because of this every movement of mean EVERY movement, even breathing caused the headboard to bump against the wall. We didn't want to deal with making a maintenance request so we just pulled the bed frame away from the headboard a couple of inches. I also let the office know when we checked out. You can tell it's an older building but just because it is smaller and some of the style. The building seems to be in great shape and our unit was no exception.
