Island Princess is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home on the beach. 2 large Master bedrooms with king size beds and bath. 1 large bedroom with queen size bed and bath. 1 bedroom with twin beds with bath. The kitchen and living room are open. There is plenty of room to sit at the dining room table (seats 6) or at the kitchen bar. The exterior has a walk around porch. The back porch has three Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Walk out the back door and down the boardwalk and you are sitting on the beach. You have gorgeous views of the beach from inside the home with a private gunite swimming pool. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September and October. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. Lay out chairs are provided around the pool along with a concrete table and chairs. Everything is within walking distance. You can rent bikes and golf carts on the island. Historic Apalachicola is just minutes away with a town full of shops and restaurants. This home has a maximum occupancy of eight and this rule is enforced, please do not email inquiries with an occupancy more than 8. Smart TV's are provided in the bedrooms and living rooms, internet is provided. Cable TV is no longer provided. You will need your own streaming account.
