Come enjoy The Good Life in this aptly named 4 bedroom, three bath duplex. It features a fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiast. There are four large decks, three of which are covered. There is HDTV in all the bedrooms and the great room as well as a DVD player in most rooms. There is a small DVD library and a good number of beach books for your reading pleasure. The home has cable TV and wireless internet access, just bring your laptop or tablet. We are constantly updating our home. New paint in several rooms in 2017 along with some new decor. There is covered parking for three cars. No smoking please. For your convenience there is a private walkway to the beach, where you can relax on the beach or wile away the hours looking for shells and beach glass. After your day on the beach, you can use the huge outdoor shower with large dressing room. Enjoy all the amenities of home along with breathtaking sunrises, starry nights and beautiful views of the Atlantic. Come experience The Good Life.The house has 2 king masters, 1 queen, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. It will sleep 10. All mattress are encased in bedbug covers. No guarantee, but there may be a few beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and assorted water toys for your use. Your well behaved pet is welcome with a $200.00 non-refundable fee per pet.
