Upon entering the foyer of this home you are greeted by a comfortable sitting room. Down the hall you there is a large open living/dining/kitchen area featuring a wall of windows that spans two floors, offering amazing views to the Gulf beaches and beyond.
This unique home offers the contrast of views to the bright beaches with the warmth of wood floors and wood cathedral ceilings. The living area offers multiple seating areas and includes a sleeper sofa (queen), large flat screen TV with Satellite/DVD and access to the wrap around porch that boasts plentiful seating and endless Gulf views.
There is plenty of seating at mealtime at the large dining table that comfortably seats 8, there is also is a second dining/game table that seats 4. The breakfast bar offers seating for 4 and looks directly into the well-equipped kitchen. The open kitchen offers granite counters, a dishwasher and endless views to the Gulf waters. This floor also features a laundry room and shared bathroom.
The king bedroom on the first floor offers warm wood ceilings, flat screen TV, access to the shared hall bathroom and direct access to the wrap around porch.
