A family-owned seaside 4 bed 3 bath cottage, located in a serene, secluded beach community tucked a few miles away from downtown Newport, RI. Walk to Newport Polo, Sandy Point Beach, and Sandy Point Stables. Ride your bike or drive down a beautiful country road to Sweetberry Farm, Rocky Brook Orchards, vineyards, surfing, and hikes. A 5 mile drive to downtown Newport. Enjoy the Cliff Walk, Mansions, a harbor cruise, shopping, dining, Tennis Hall of Fame, Sailing Museum, aquarium, and live music!

Come enjoy winter charm in historic New England! This is a family home primary residence. House is rented while we are traveling. Also listed on Home Exchange and People Like Us. We have plenty of toys, crafts, and homeschooling supplies. Owner closets will be blocked off but dressers and hanging racks will be empty and available. *Please note all bedrooms are located on second level and require climbing stairs.
