Plus, the bungalows share a beautiful heated pool complete with lounge chairs. We also provide 2 cruiser bikes and an outdoor grill to help you enjoy your time on the island! Sitting on the ocean side of Lower Matecumbe Key on the southern end of Islamorada, the bungalow is in close proximity to all of the main restaurants, bars, marinas and shopping centers, but far enough away that you are able to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine and embrace the laid back life that is the Florida Keys. It's the best one we've ever stayed in! It's located right in Islamorada in a nice neighbourhood with lots of local wildlife (we even saw manatees most days in the canal across the road and a saltwater crocodile!). It's beautifully decorated, it felt more like a show home than a vacation rental. We were close to all the best restaurants, Lorelei's, Morada Bay, Chef Michaels, Ciao Hound etc. It really is in a great location! The amenities were very impressive too, new beach towels, blankets and soft bedding, luxurious beds and comfortable thick mattresses like we have at home, washer and dryer and only 10ft from the pool, which was fantastic! The cruiser bikes were so much fun, we rode the bikes to the beach and over the bridges, it was amazing. We liked the bikes so much we're actually going to buy a couple at home (Electra Cruisers are super comfy!). Caitlin was a first class hostess, she was so friendly and accommodating, she really looked after us. We felt like we had a personal concierge!
