Negative: Paid for deluxe suite, definitely not luxurious. Very basicMaid service (twice in 2 weeks and then it was poor) no clean bed linen, no towel rails. no cutlery. Plates or hob on arrival. No hot water for a week, round pool dirty. Rooms thin, blamed for other people's rubbish. Asked for twin beds and got double, partner had to sleep on couch for tea weeks
