This captivating home boasts a lovely outdoor area on the ground floor (access by the external staircase) and is embellished with a 35m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) & a children’s special pool compartment (0,60 meters deep), as well as an outdoor shaded dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (portable BBQ facilities -Electric) under sunset skies. For your outmost convenience, there is also an outdoor kitchen at your disposal (sink, small fridge with freezer). An ideal holiday escape for those who seek summery living.

Location Overview
Iron Villas are located in the village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.
The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 800 meters walking distance from the villa. The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long.
Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, enjoy your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.
Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 to 10 minutes away by car, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.
Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages. It is only 15 minutes drive away from the city of Rethymno and 1 hour (73 Kilometres) from the International Airport of Heraklion. There is also a bus stop within 600meters walking distance.
