Positive: The location and size of unit. We loved having a one bedroom and separate full-sized beds. The unit was on the end, so it was nice to have additional light coming in on the side and end (facing the Gulf). It happened to be very quiet the two nights we were there. We had stayed in the same building just a few doors down, but in a studio, five years ago. We loved the easy access to the beach, as well as the view of the Gulf from the balcony.
Negative: My mother is older-in her early 80's. The bathtub did not have a bar to hold on in it. She did not feel as secure while showering. She also claimed the outdoor pool had too many bird droppings in and around the pool. The Booking.com site mentions there is a "washer" in the unit. The fact is, it is shared laundry in a separate building nearby. There are two washers and two dryers. Bring your coins!
