Summary: This was our first time using VRBO to rent in PDC and everything was great. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The condo is in a perfect location with Walmart one short block away and 5th ave/ the beach / a short walking distance. We arrived before the check in and the concierge watched our bags while we went to get something to eat and shop for our supplies. Check in instructions were all good. The condo is modern and very nice. The a/c worked well ( we were thoughtful and turned it off when we weren't there) The bed comfortable. Shower was great. The roof top pool was really nice to come home to. The balcony was large and we enjoyed morning coffee and bird watching in the tree across the street. The notice about the karaoke bar across the street was true. We slept through it for the most part. But at 3 am there were some really loud terrible singers that woke us up. One night their power was out yahoo. Oddly the music wasn't loud just the awful drunk singers were on loud speakers. some points to the owner/rental agent. The bathroom door to the bedroom didn't have a latch. There was only 1 cereal bowl - time to pick up a few more. And a bonus would have been folding beach chairs available. There is a beach cooler which was nice. The safe didn't work. We contacted the rental company. They were good with responding but the issue was never resolved, so we stopped the msging to enjoy our vacay. We really liked our stay and would return.
