Handicapped accessible. This property is a very cozy space with a private dock on the inter coastal waterway. Ideal for birdwatchers and fishermen. The dolphins honor us with their presence on the daily. It is only 1 block from the beach, Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, king bed and sun room. Wifi and cable included. Treasure Island is 40 minutes to Clearwater, 60 minutes from Sarasota and 2 hours from Disney. There is a plethora of opportunities for cultural activities and fine dining in nearby Tampa and St. Petersburg. A perfect spot for spring training baseball lovers.

Summary: Excellent location! Well equipped, with all you need in the kitchen, and for the beach. Great view of intercostal waterway. Sunrises are beautiful, and there are numerous birds, and dolphins cruise by. Cars are optional, with groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants literally a block or two away. Owner is helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great getaway!
