RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED with MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25. The community has 4 LARGE POOLS, LARGE HOT TUB, 18 hole onsite mini-golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard onsite, basketball court and onsite pool tables. The unit has two queen and 2 twin beds upstairs and one queen sofa sleeper in the living room; sleeps a total of 8. Fully equipped kitchen and private patio. NO SMOKING inside condo. Perfect for family and couples!!
