Located in a premium position in Patterson Lakes, Inner Harbour enjoys first class views across the water, a jetty and pontoon for 2 jet ski’s. This stunning and stylishly decorated, 3 level modern house offers the very best in indulgence and luxury. Arrive by boat or car and enjoy life of the water or strolls to Patterson Lakes.
There are four bedrooms in total. On the top level is the master with a stunning ensuite bathroom (large shower/toilet/vanity/spa bath) and views across the marina and access to the top roof top terrace, jacuzzi and theatre room.
On the second level there two queen bedrooms with an adjoining main bathroom, powder room, euro laundry and a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with gas fireplace and sublime, peaceful water views from the upmarket interiors or the covered balcony hosting 2 sunlounges.
On the lower level is a self-contained suite with a further queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom, walk in robe, kitchenette, living room with table tennis, access to the lower-level covered deck and pontoon and jetty. A double lockup garage will accommodate 2 cars.
The amenities at Inner Harbour will have you feeling relaxed upon entry. Walk up the stairs to the glorious open plan and tastefully decorated kitchen/living/dining and front relaxation deck. The roof top terrace offers a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi or admire the stars and beautiful view before you. Enjoy these wonderful amenities for a relaxing short or longer stay.

(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments (American Express not accepted).
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) This property is not suitable for small or young children under 8 years old.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
