Positive: The location is amazing and the hotel is really atmospheric, especially if you stay on the second floor of the balcony. The folks behind the desk were accommodating and friendly. I also liked that there was free coffee and tea. The bathrooms are a good size, as are the rooms.
Negative: The rooms weren't cleaned every day, which is fine, but on the day that they did clean it, they didn't make my bed and forgot to replace the towels. They also didn't resupply coffee and creamers in my room. The air conditioner was a bit problematic. You couldn't control the temperature in case it got too cold or hot. During the night the rooms did get a bit warm and there was nothing that you could do about it.
Summary: Lovely historic building in the historic center at a good price.
