Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not always guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot.

Summary: We booked short notice for Spring Break. The condo was located in a great location, kinda off the really busy Destin strip, and right on Gulf. The building was gated, clean, lots of parking, and amenities. The pool was heated and very clean. Private beach access was amazing. The check in process was easy accept the security guard wasn’t at the gate when we arrived (he was walking property) and we were not provided the gate code, so we had to move over and call maintenance to get the code. The condo was spacious for two families of four. Overall clean upon arrival except the floors, you could not walk barefoot without dirty feet after, definitely needs a more thorough mop. It’s an older condo and needs a few repairs. We did have to contact maintenance once, but they answer any time of day and helpful!
